I believe that ALL children deserve to learn. 

I believe that as I teacher I am obligated to have high expectations for my students. 

I believe in creating a safe and caring classroom environment where children are free to be themselves and make mistakes. 

I believe in meeting students where they are. 

I believe that "fair" is not always equal. 

I believe that teaching is a life long process of learning from students, parents, colleagues and communities.
